Several times a year we bring all our teams together to get their hands dirty, jump into other fields and learn from each other.

Remote or office?
We build IRL experiences, so we’re physical-first and everyone lives close to one of our offices. No hybrid meetings: all in the room, or all online.

Summer Fridays
From the last Monday of May to the first Monday of September, we wrap up early on Fridays.

Self-management
Most decisions are yours to take: card allowances, travel, purchases, time off. If it feels right, it usually is.
